2009 Bel Air Parade On-Line Application Form

Please use this on-line application form to apply for inclusion in the 2009 Bel Air Independence Day Parade. However, before doing so, if you haven't read the complete 2009 Parade Rules and Regulations, please select this link to do so. The Parade Rules and Regulations include information on classifications of units, prizes available, conduct that is required or prohibited, and more; at the end of this form, you will be asked to indicate that you agree to abide by all Parade Rules.

After reading all the Parade Rules and Regulations, please fill out the form and send it to us by selecting the "Submit" button (below). To help us place you in the parade properly, we need certain information, including how to get in touch with you. Therefore, we have required that various fields or answers be filled in before the form will send.

  1. I hereby state that I am authorized to execute this entry form on behalf of the entrant and that the information provided by me and/or the entrant is true and correct.
  2. I have read and understand the Parade Rules and Regulations and agree to comply with said Rules and Regulations; I have read and understand the waiver of liability set forth in paragraph #3 below. [Note: select this link to read the Parade Rules and Regulatons.]

Waiver of Liability: Entrant waives any and all demands, suits, actions, or claims of any kind whatsoever it has ever had in the past or will have in the future against the Bel Air Independence Day Committee, Inc., and the Board of Town Commissioners of the Town of Bel Air, and their respective servants, agents or employees for any and all losses, damages, claims, costs or charges of any kind suffered by entrant as a result, either direct or indirect, of participating in the Town of Bel Air 4th of July Parade, to be held on July 4, 2009. Furthermore, entrant shall indemnify and hold harmless Bel Air Independence Day Committee, Inc., and its servants, agents or employees, against any and all claims, suits, actions, costs and demands of any kind made against the Bel Air Independence Day Committee, Inc., as a result of entrant's participation in the Town of Bel Air 4th of July Parade, to be held on July 4, 2008.
  4. I agree that my application will not be processed until the appropriate fee ($10 or $175) is received by mail. I agree to mail the appropriate fee, via check made out to the Bel Air Independence Day Committee, Inc., to P.O. Box 724, Bel Air, MD 21014, by June 10, 2009, or by any other date as required by the Bel Air Independence Day Committee, Inc.
